Config Icons
When you're signed in as a user with 'admin' permissions, there is a checkbox labelled "config Icon" checkbox in the top right corner.
When checked, config icons (little gears) appear next to apps, entity types, fields, and table columns.
When unchecked, config icons are hidden so the apps looks normal, like for regular users.
Clicking a Config Icon opens a pop up menu for accessing related configuration pages and dialog boxes.
